    I appreciate this kind of vid. Really enjoy Youtube due to this sort of content!My step brother used to be bullied. He said he was planning to get bigger. I chuckled at him because I didn't think he would.... Right up until in a matter of weeks he added 40lbs of pure muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible - look for it in Google. He does not get bullied nowadays. I actually signed up the other day. See what will happen. And the mans emails are cool!!!
