He has written some of the best music I've ever heard. I think that people act like shit about him because they confuse his reverence for the Delta Bluesmen with ripping them off. They couldn't be more wrong about Eric. He has worked tirelessly to bring them out of obscurity and bring them up with him. SRV did the same thing. People that talk all this shit on here just aren't happy, otherwise they wouldn't be so negative.

The thing is, when people like Buddy etc. say that Clapton, Stones, SRV etc. all helped them getting more playing time and more money by giving them credit, who on here thinks they have the right to say what Buddy and his like think about these guys when they all liked them? FFS, get a grip. Read a book or two.
