    I thought you meant something like a clean or deadlift. It was a back lift which is a lot more believable

    craine hood is correct paul anderson lifted 6200 lbs in the back lift an old lift no one really performs anymore. to do the lift you stand under a loaded platform with the weight on your back and stand up until it leaves the ground,it really only moves about an inch or two,and i think you can put your hands on your thighs to help push

    Since there is no evidence of Paul doing it, the world may never know. I can believe that he did break a lot of records, but 6k is really out there. That's like superhuman strength.
