Musical genre: chorinho (the translation of "chorinho" is like "little crying").

Tico tico is a bird (Zonotrichia capensis).

Fubá - maize flour, corn meal.

written in 1918 / Published in 1930 / First instrumental recorded in 1931 (Orquestra Colbaz) / First recorded with Eurico Barreto's lyric in 1942 (Ademilde Fonseca).

Zequinha de Abreu always wrote instrumental songs, lyrics were "added" later, generally order by the publishing company.
