Sen. Maria Sachs, D-Delray Beach and Rep. Dana Young, R-Tampa, discuss legislation (SB 382, HB 641) that would end the requirement that dog tracks actually offer live dog racing the be able to have card rooms. Opponents of greyhound racing say the tracks don't make money on the racing anyway, just the card rooms.
