I would like to get your book. Have often been bullied at work.. I think they re also jealous. Sometimes when you stand up to them they brand you as a trouble maker. I like it when I try to get witnesses to help, the trick is not to be alone with them. I have survived 7 years being bullied. I also think it is great if customers like you, get customers on your side, you can't be sacked for that....

I am so sorry that you have suffered from bullying for so many years. Bullies often target people who they regard as a threat, e.g. very good at their job and popular with colleagues. Most witnesses are silent bystanders because they fear that the bully will turn his attention to them. If the target makes a complaint to HR, witnesses are frightened to give evidence for fear of losing their jobs.
