It makes total sense to improve on all areas to reduce our dependence on fossil fuel. That's common sense. Electric, solar, wind whatever... I say put money to move all of it forward instead of being so dependent on oil. We didn't learn from the 70's and gas rationing? ... We should have had all these alternative sources of energy going from way back

the volt isn't a full electric car. Wind and solar is there. Well solar is almost there, by 2019 they should be 150% more efficient. What we really need to do is invest in Nuclear Energy that is safe.
