UPD Caught on Tape - On February 11, 2011 UPD pulled over two people on the corner of Oneida Street and Clinton Place in Utica. The video shows Utica Police Officers Palladino and Partner allegedly placing something in the man's vehicle. It is argued that this is the same bag he took from the driver at around 6:30 of the original video. One of the many reasons this video was posted was because neither suspect had any cocaine on them, yet felony controlled substance charges were given--at a later time than this traffic stop--then eventually dropped.

Watch the full video, SMH the drugs were pulled from the suspects jacket, he then puts it in his back pocket, he takes it out while searching the car and likely puts any other evidence in the same bag, everyone saying " fuck the

America should have never existed. Rephrase, the entire western world should have never existed. Sure, we probably would have ended up in the same shithole anyway, but at this point in time, the British fucked our world up ever since they used ships to get around.

If for no other reason' this is why drugs should be decriminalized. No other crime is as easy for crooked law enforcement to falsely acuse a citizen of, than possesion of drugs.
