UPD Caught on Tape - On February 11, 2011 UPD pulled over two people on the corner of Oneida Street and Clinton Place in Utica. The video shows Utica Police Officers Palladino and Partner allegedly placing something in the man's vehicle. It is argued that this is the same bag he took from the driver at around 6:30 of the original video. One of the many reasons this video was posted was because neither suspect had any cocaine on them, yet felony controlled substance charges were given--at a later time than this traffic stop--then eventually dropped.

Funny thing is, this is only part of the video, and it was proven in court that this is not what happened. I don't see anyone bringing that up.

These thugs got so use to getting away with planting drugs on people that they got careless and finally some defense lawyer got the dash tape. I would be calling for the tape to be reviewed in my case as well. These cops should not only be fired, but arrested for drug possession themselves. How much drugs have they taken off of people that never made it into evidence? How much have they taken for their own use or to sell?
