If corporations are the people,why not prosecute the entire corporation including every last employee for the corporations illegal acts.Are they not accomplices in crime since they are affiliated with and provide assistance in their illegal dealings,even if a person is unaware of the crime the law still prosecutes a person if they assist in the crime.At least in our case the law would.They want to be considered the people then treat them like the people,hold them accountable

If corporations have all the constitutional rights of people what happens when a corporation goes bankrupt. Who will be charged with murder, manslaughter or criminally negligent homicide? After all corporations are entitled to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It's time to remove corporatist politics from the supreme court or remove the corporatists from the supreme court.

For once....just once, I agree with sarah silverjewstein. Corporations and banks are not people. They're more like old slave masters who've said, "WELP slavery is illegal, BUT sharecropping isn't!" Hurray for economic oppression and debt slavery!

Now, we're getting to the root of the problem, eh!? So, Corporations are technically people....just very racist people who hate you and me. :)
