I don't believe at all you're a homophobe or a hater. You just don't seem to want to listen to other people when what they say challenges you.

I didn't bring it up. I was never aguing a case here - I only told you my friend's story, to try to help answer your question with his perspective. But you put all sorts of twists on it, presumably because you didn't like it, I'm not sure. Then dismissed it because it wasn't concrete evidence. And did the same for everyone else here. You say you only believe in evidence (though only produce opinion yourself), but won't listen to accounts from people who have actually lived the experience!

No I don't. You're fine to have an opinion. However all I could see was you dismissing my gay friend's story, and other people's on here, because they somehow didn't fit your mould of what constitutes an acceptable answer. You're looking for an answer that will apply to 100% of individuals, and if it doesn't, you discard it. 100% is never going to happen - we live in a world where people's personalities, experience and makeup varies much too greatly for that ever to be the case.

Its not like gender as I have been saying there is no conclusive evidence. I do not see what you do not understand. Everything hinges on the "born gay" debate for which there is no conclusive evidence. And like others on this board you are speculating about the damage done to those that go through reparative therapy. Unless you are saying that 100% of those that go through this therapy are damaged then I can't accept your "theory"

I say that also because people like me that express my opinion are called homophobic or haters when its not the case its just my opinion.

All i am trying to accomplish is to get your to see that your argument is merely based on your opinion not any concrete evidence. If you believe mines to be my opinion then so be it. If we both share an opinion then so be it. I don't have a problem with that while you seem to.

But yet you are the one that brought up the therapy so why is the onus on me?
