Georgia Representative Terry England compares a non-viable pregnancy to delivering dead calves and pigs. Watch as Rep. England explains that a farmer will give up all of his chickens if GA lawmakers will stop abortions. HB 954 passed the GA House this week, banning abortions for women after 20 weeks and forcing a woman to carry a fetus to term even if she learns after 20 weeks that the fetus is not viable, has abnormalities, or will live for only hours after delivery. Seriously, this guy gets to make decisions about women's health?
