Hes not saying anyone who wanted Romney to be president is a racist. Hes poking fun at the fact that there are actually REAL people who would vote for a canidate just because of his or her race. If any one voted on Barack Obama just because he is black, this song is just as much about them. The songs about racism, not about, "if you disagree with what I think, your dumb".
