The long-awaited documentary is here!
Totaling in at over an hour and twenty minutes, this beast of a documentary goes over every single detail - big and small - and aims to prove, render plausible, or disprove each individual aspect of the theory.

Some of these pieces of evidence are brand new, some are old, and some previous pieces of evidence that have been widely accepted will be proven wrong.

In the end, it is up to you to piece everything we give you in this video and make your own decision about just what happened at the end of the game. Hopefully, this documentary will make it easier for you.

Well, if the "indoctrination theory" is real then its not actually indoctrination but full mind control so in a way you were saying...

And to the question - The illusive man wanted to create a way to control the reapers. He started by using their own indoctrination,

followed by creating a signal that effects reaper troops and later the reapers themselves. Probably at some point he also created a version that effects organics, which means he actually surpassed the reapers. (damn impressive!)

P.S - I am assuming you played the whole trilogy so you have all the different examples for different indoctrinated people like The illusive man, Saren and the Project Rho team. If you only know the illusive man than its possible you will know less enough to think that indoctrination = full mind control = long term artificial reality.

And did you read what I said? Nothing they could say will change the fact that the extended ending gives 0 possibility for indoctrination. This is because indoctrination simply makes you believe stuff, it doesn't make you see stuff and even if we give it the benefit of doubt, it can't create an illusion of being a god AI that carries for thousends of years. Want to rename it to "full-mind artificial reality mind-control theory" in order to avoid the ending, fine. But no indoctrination for you.

Do I need to say it again? The extended endings basicly say "this is what happened for lots of years after the end of ME3"

Creating a illusion that forms a full fake reality inside a persons mind that allows him to experiance many years of reality is way beyond indoctrination. The correct name will be "The full-mind artificial reality mind-control theory" but that will make it seem too wierd and improbable, so I guess why no one will call it that.
