Plain packs would mean that all cigarette packs from all tobacco brands will look the same. And our research shows that this will make smoking less attractive to children. Plain packaging won't stop everyone from smoking, but it will give millions of kids one less reason to start.

While the Government is considering if it should press ahead with new laws for plain packs, we need you to help us persuade your MP to support the campaign for plain packaging. Our petition of nearly 80,000 supporters built a strong case for support, and UK-wide over 200,000 people spoke up. But now's the time for as many MPs as possible to throw their weight behind the campaign.
