Anarchy simply means the absence of rulers. Not the absence of laws.

You're the one who watches too much TV.

What kind of 'match' is it when the referee is working with one of the teams Max?

No thanks,... I don't want law violently monopolized to government. I would rather have efficient law and freedom...

the free market is the referee, and govt should only exist to uphold the law of the land and maintain a court system.

This is the first vid I've seen of Max in which he exhibits a bit of economic ignorance-concerning inflation. Prices are only a symptom of inflation, like Jeff says, inflation is basically too much currency in circulation relative to goods and demand.

actually, if you use pro wrestling as a metaphor, it's pretty accurate. Everybody is pretending it's real, and the referee is in on the scam. I agree, if his notion is that the government cares about integrity, that's beyond ridiculous.

Max calling the government a "referee" is completely ridiculous.

on an abstract level its still a paradox, someone has to make the laws and they would have to be considered rulers. Even if 99% of the population worked to gather to create the laws and all agreed with them they would still be "ruling" the 1%.
