My 10th grade history teacher in Brooklyn back in the mid 90's would ask us what is the best political system. For our tests he would instruct us to answer "democracy", but he would add "in reality the best system is the one that works", not all cultures are adept at democratic rule...that being said when President Wilson signed the Federal Reserve act in 1913, establishing the U.S central back, plutacracy replaced the hard earned democracy, and that shit doesn't work unless you're the 1%
