I was stunned and appalled by the UC Davis Police spraying protestors, and struck by how many brave, curious people recorded the events. I took the four clearest videos and synchronized them. Citizen journalism FTW. Sources below.

Hey dumbass, maybe you should learn that UC Davis is a PUBLIC university and is paid for by students and tax-payers. Their tuition was getting hiked AGAIN. Maybe think about making 12k a year from work, and have to pay a 30k tuition that was just raised from 10k a year. Also, they were "punished" by being put on paid leave, it's not like they are getting all sorts of law suits, they were put on leave so the people would shut the fuck up. They were within their rights, these idiotic students were not.

The students WERE doing illegal things like surrounding the cops and not letting them leave, they were also attempting to force the cops from being able to detain people that they had arrested specifically for breaking the law, ever heard of Obstruction of Justice? Pay attention.

The simple fact of the matter is that these fucking idiots pushed the cops, and were doing threatening things towards the cops which you can clearly see and hear in other video's. These students were pushing them on purpose as admitted by many of them. The cops were within their rights, and these kids were fucking idiots.

The fact is, dumb ass; is that the students were blocking the cops from leaving, and from letting a squad car get in to take the people they had arrested before for NOT being peaceful. If you pay attention and actually do some kind of reading, you would know that they would not let the cops leave and in fact circled the cops and were giving demands or they would not let them leave. They were warned many MANY times and were very aware they force was going to be used. They all agreed.
