Lisa Brown didn't just say vagina. She said the speaker was interested in her vagina, and that "no means no". As a joke, that might work as humorous. But, she said it seriously which imputes that the speaker wanted her sexually and had/would make some sort of sexual offer to her...or act as a sexual predator towards her. A rough equivalent might be if a man said to a woman "I'm flattered you're interested in dating me. But, I have bills to pay, no means no." imputing the woman as a gold digger.

Well what does the proposed bills say. Since when can a woman not go to the doctor and get an abortion? What I think is happening here is these women want the taxpayer to pay for it. I don't want to pay for someone elses medical care ,when I can't even afford it for myself. Someone has to tell the women, sorry honey your not special, and you're not entitled to something other people don't get.

If you want to have a child, get married, get insurance and take care of it yourself.
