Dumb ass cop, First he says it was bizarre we don't know it's being investigated then he says well this appears to be what happened. Then he says we looked at the dash cam (to justify it was suicide). BUT the damn dash cam is missing the most important 3 minutes of the video, Which contains the moment Chavis died. Geesh! And smoking cigarettes in handcuffs are easy.... When your hands are NOT behind your fucking back! For a cop to stage this as a suicide they're doing a dumb ass job of it!
