    I've seen the progress videos and they are very touching. You prove to everyone that is overweight that there is a solution, and you have to have the heart and mind to make a goal and reach it. Very proud and inspired by everything you do man.

    Robert, drink only water and only drink when you are thirsty. Eat as much raw food in your diet as possible and reduce all other types of foods. Focus on your dream. Positive thinking is the key.
