This video was created by Guild President Anne McGonagle and shown during the PARTY for PRESERVATION on April 12, 2012, celebrating Central City Opera's historic landmarks. This event raised funds to help preserve and protect these important buildings, a purpose stated in the original charter of the House Association in 1932, which remains a key component of Central City Opera's mission today. The video includes photos of the 30+ historic properties owned by Central City Opera as well as video interviews with past apprentice artists and others who have lived in the historic buildings during the summer.

You can continue to donate to these buildings by visiting http://www.centralcityopera.org/wishl... For more information on the preservation of our historic properties visit http://www.centralcityopera.org/prese....
