At timing 4:30 when these businessmen talk about bringing Hitler to power, they did this to get someone to go up against Soviet communism which was growing, and which had just starved to death 10 million Ukrainians in the 1920s and early 1930s.

There was no army in Europe strong enough to go up against Joseph Stalin, so they backed Hitler for that one reason. Even Jewish bankers in New York helped fund Hitler, but it was for the sole purpose of attacking Soviet communism that killed millions.

Allen Dulles also oversaw the MK-Ultra program which was funded by Rockefeller and the usual suspects because of their interest in Psychiatric Genetics, which "applied to psychiatry the concepts of eugenics" which meant sterilization of mental patients and execution of the insane, criminals and the terminally ill. Dulles even imported Nazi eugenicist scientists under Operation Paperclip to work on MK-Ultra experiments.

I have no idea why you think the video is aimed at the British common people, when its called "The Banker" and is an obvious semi-satirical enactment of the predatory upper class elite. I guess you would have to ask the original video creators why they chose their fictional banker to be British. But i'm not sure which nationality they could pick for the banker to avoid receiving suspicions of racism, with the same logic.
