  • this is my 3rd time runnning barefoot and I have also being doing drills to help me with my forefoot transition (I used to hillstrike). I being running barefoot for just 5 min so far. My concern is when you started did you develop cuts or callouse around your toes or I'm i doing something wrong? Please help anybody thanks.

  • Cuts and callouses are a sign of doing something wrong (usually pulling/pushing with your feet instead of placing/lifting). Check out invisibleshoe(dot)com/blister and /1310
