Chandler Saylor lost his life in an ATV accident at the age of 16. His parents, Pam and Steve, worked with Representative Harry Ott and Senator Brad Hutto to write a bill that would keep South Carolina's children safer when riding ATVs. The Saylors had many supporters, including the S.C. Children's Hospital Collaborative.
