I am independent. And, am disabled. I worry about what will happen to Social Security and I need medical help. Many treatments are no longer covered by Medicare and I can't afford to pay for them myself - for example, I have many tumors and lumps, so I need scans and ultrasounds almost every month. Plus, because I live in a project, the state says my landlord should decide which treatments I can go to...so, I'm already limited. I am too sick to live in a shelter. I need SSD & Medicare.
