If you’re reading this and you’re overweight, I beg you to try. Please. Just give it a chance, go for a walk everyday and eat more fruits and vegetables. Start out small. Someone loves you and wants to see you grow up. To let your own health be the reason your life is cut short is just unacceptable. If you’re already healthy, then be someone else’s motivator. We have to work together at this, we have to take over the way we live our life before the way we live our life takes over us.

A fast metabolism only means you can eat ~80 kcals more than an average person. You can't eat an extra 1000 kcals without gaining weight unless your body isn't digesting the food (in which case your feces would be horrific).
