Cassie Parsons and Natalie Veres started Grateful Growers Farm in Denver, North Carolina in 2004. The farm sells organic, locally-raised pork to restaurants and farmers markets in Charlotte, including Harvest Moon Grille where Parsons helms the kitchen as executive chef.
