    you can't even see it with a microscope. It's way smaller than that. You can only detect the shape of the double helix via x-ray chrystallography or maybe atomic force microscope.

    you will just simply see a larger clump of dna under the magnifying glass.

    since the double helix RNA strand it self is really really small.
