Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad both delivered two of the most controversial speeches at the latest session of the United Nations General Assembly. And while the Israeli's speech was aired in full on CNN, the Iranian's address has been ruthlessly cut and the viewers have missed some very important points. What are the ramifications of this kind of selective reporting? It is a waste of time. If you are watching this you are probably already awake. It is the stupid people (mostly-and I say this shamefully-white americans). I have tried to wake up everyone I meet. How many people read anything that requires reasoning? How many people can conduct research without preconceived notions affecting the final opinion? How many people truly understand that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely? Or what Follow the money means? Or have any real concept of what it takes to survive in retirement years, especially in times of astronomical inflation? Not many my friends, no, not many. Otherwise we wouldn't be in this mess.
