"Carbon Dioxide is a trace gas" sounds very much like Rick Santorum is unaware or oblivious to the well-documented fact (in abundant published scientific literature) that, throughout geologic history, there is a clear, unambiguous relationship between the world' climate and the amount of that "trace gas" in the atmosphere.
