yes, Paul will take the GOP nomination since he has been placing a solid 3rd and 4th in most results after elections. Yes, the MSM and the GOP will let Paul take the nomination since he fits right up there alley. Wake up already. Paul is done. He did a great job getting people all fired up, but he is going to sell the movement down the road when Romney or Santorum get the nomination and offer him to a seat on their cabinet.

What's with Gingrich's dismissive hand wave? What an arrogant prick! Not to mention hypocrite. He's too gutless to advocate the draconian laws he favors when put face to face with one of the actual human beings subject to being victimized by those laws. He also never served time for his own admitted recreational drug use.

Its sad, I think most politicians really think this way "No you shouldn't be arrested, but you shouldn't do it." but they are afraid of angering their constituencies and alienating their voters. If we did an anonymous vote in congress, I am sure the drug war could be ended. I believe that most politicians just do not want to have their names attached to the 'corruption' of our society by decriminalizing or legalizing recreational drugs.
