Dude is so fucking awesome. I used to love his show when I was a little kid. Every time Kildare Fancy started playing on PBS I'd get so excited.

If no one has answered, it is a "broad axe". It is beveled on only one side to assist in squaring up timbers.

I watch Roy all the time, on WVIZ, I had a German style Iltis head , 2 3/4lbs head with a very thin 5"cutting edge, put on a 19" Unexpected White Hickory handle, I figured the weight would be less chopping than a lighter head, what do you think Roy would say about my custom camp axe.
