There's speculation now that the statement released by Kristen wasn't real. One of the reporters from People mag wrote on twitter that the statement wasn't directly from Kristen, but she quickly took her tweet down, if you go on twitter and look at accounts of twi-hards and krisbians you'll find proof. I never believed this sandal in the first place who would go out in broad daylight in a public place to have an affair, it's so out of character for Kristen.

Yes. On the justiceforkristen wordpress site you will see scientific proof that these photos were digitally altered and/or staged. The work was done by an unbiased attorney & confirmed by a photography expert with a Ph.D. Read his findings, and see for yourself. It gets a little complicated, and sometimes hard to follow, but you really can't argue with the science used to prove these findings. With the digital age, it's getting easier for these tabloids to fake ANY picture. Their motive? Money.

Everyone wondering why they don't sue - it's VERY difficult for a celeb to successfully sue. US Supreme Court says public figures are "not as other mortals". They have to go WAY above and beyond what you or I would have to prove in order to win a lawsuit. The time involved in courtrooms would interfere so much with their filming schedules, etc. Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, if anyone wants to look it up, would be a good place to start as to why more don't sue the tabloids.
