Something tells me that you didn't even bother to read the description. Near the end of the description, you can clearly see that credit is given to Luiz Bonfa and the song Seville 1967 for the portion that was used in the song. Considering that only a portion of that song was used AND proper credit was given for its use, there is no plagiarism here. Artists have done this before, and they will continue to do so.
