I understand that Peter Sallis is 91 years old and it might be too much for him to perform as Wallace, but if they aren't going to have Peter doing the voice then I'd rather they just stopped Wallace and Gromit altogether.

People have to remember that Peter Sallis is getting on in years, and whilst I'd like to hear him in more future Wallace And Gromit projects, he won't be around forever. Whoever this voice actor is that's filling in,he sounds pretty good. If he works on it and warms into the character a bit more, he'll be a perfect successor to the character once the time comes. :)
