GALVESTON — Island police are asking for help in identifying a man caught dancing on video at the scene of a burlgary in the 900 block of 33rd Street on March 27. Three men were suspected of burglarizing a Duck Tours amphibious automobile, spraying the inside of it with a fire extinguisher and then stealing the extinguisher, Galveston police Capt. Jeff Heyse said.
