the biggest one for me was the very end...

why, as sole survivor having just escaped certain death, when your robot head tells you he can drive an alien ship, do you not go home, affording the species an incredible opportunity to learn from all the alien technology on their ship ...but rather you decide to go visit the aliens, almost certainly to remind them that they want to go back and destroy earth?

I didn't like Prometheus, but I understand those who love it. The movie had really awesome stuff, but the parts that make sense to you are the parts that I had issue with (that and the lack of more than one or two 3D characters). And it has nothing to do with my movie tastes, but more to do with my understanding of biology and evolution. Fun fact: the group I saw it with, the biologists didn't like it, the pharma guys loved it/liked it, biochem guys enjoyed it. :)

Prometheus makes alot of sense if You know the Alien universum from some other sources than just the movies (comics for example realy make sense with plot of the movie) also there are alot of explanation to this movie on ProjectPrometheus web page. It`s also alot of help if You know Ridley Scott style of work (movies like Blade Runner for example) where many things are not explained by movie itself. Well as a person that have a Alien Pulse Rifle replica just for looks than yea i need help :P
