Just an fyi, in the face palettes, the 2 darker colours are meant to be used as a liner and a brow colour.

I dont like the pure white packaging..it looks extremely cheap.

Perhaps a pearl white would have looked nicer...

I actually have two of the palettes, Sultry and Warm and they work for me but some of the shadows in their are a lil disappointing. I also surprisingly like the idea of the ball 3D shape on the top. It's really cute and doesnt bother me with storage because i leave them in the original box they came in :3

and yes i do like the white packaging >>

haha, if it was a pearl white it would alot more chic and nicer i agree but i just thought the white packaging matched the "ice" theme haha :)

i really liked the special edition brushes from last year. at least my kit felt really high quality just like the regular brushes but this years brushes dont feel as nice.

I hadn't even thought of that, but if MAC would have added Shimmer to the packaging, it would have look so much more appealing! Now I can't stop thinking about it!

do you think that the MAC fabulously festive kits would be worth $72? living in Canada they are a tad bit more expensive, so i've really been debating this. (i'm kind of a noob at makeup, and i've never purchased from MAC before, any advice would be awesome)
