    Si lo que se han cambiado son los caracteres correspondiente a tu teclado (distinto al español) no tienes más que cambiarlo al lenguaje original en la barra de inicio donde dice "ES" (idioma español) botón derecho del ratón- Configuración- Idioma predeterminado para el dispositivo de entrada.
