since Goodman is an apologist for everyone from the Iraqi Ba'ath party to Saudi-funded CAIR to Hamas, all of whom read the Tsarist "protocols of the elders of zion" as a history book, bringing up the Nazis is pretty foolish here. When the Gestapo arrested journalists who criticized the Third Reich, those journalists did not live to tale the tell. Their only education is a GED? Last time I checked Henry Ford only had an 8th grade education. Schooling is not the only form of education. I can guarantee cops know how to drive better than you do...because they train for it. Hell, I only have a high school education, yet I've been in charge of projects for some of the world's largest sporting events, helped developed technology you probably use everyday, and I make far more money than my sister who is now working for her masters. Lol.

Just because a law is in the books does not mean it is just. You need to pick up the constitution and read it instead of supporting the fucking nazi cops. By the way I never said she was arrested because of free speech and that is apparent by the "and liberty" on my comment. Cops are uneducated freaks whose only education is a GED. I used to respect and defend cops unile I was trying to prove cops were decent humans and that only led me to discover what a pile of shit cops really are.

Right wing hatred of the unions is due to union dealings. A good example is right to work legislation which unions are totally against, calling it union busting. All right to work does is eliminate the mandate that in order to work for a unionized company, one must join a union. That legislation benefits union members more than anyone, because if the union doesn't work for someone, they aren't required to stay a member. If someone is happy with their union, nothing changes.

Her getting arrested has nothing to do with free speech. Obviously she did something that would cause the cops to arrest her. I've been in places with tons of cops and had credentials, and I have never been fearful of being arrested. Perhaps you need to learn what the right to free speech is. She was never banned from speaking. Just like if she posts a video to YouTube, and the video gets removed, that is also in no way a violation of free speech. Maybe you should learn to abide by laws.
