  • You can't generalize an entire religion. It would be like me saying all muslims are terrorists-it isn't true.

  • might want to reconsider the name

  • Ryan is a christian OLYMPIAN running for the right reasons and helping people at the same time, what are the atheist posters doing with their lives?

  • anyone know what kind of shoes he's wearing?

  • An old post, but I can't help but respond. You are exactly right! I am tired of atheists, and those who are against religion, bashing on those who are religious. It seems non-believers think it isn't okay for someone who is religious, to talk about their religion, and beliefs, but yet atheist seem to be hypocrites. It is okay for them not to believe, but someone cannot believe? We are all entitled to what we want, or do not want to believe in, and we should respect each other, regardless.

  • Couldn't agree more ! Looking up to the sky is rather self-indulgent, but what do you expect from an American; they certainly run the Brazilians close on their level of delusion. To deal with meaningless sniping I should also add that since I was a kid attending a Baptist church in my native London, I've always been aware that people who hold Christianity to be something more than a very private, personal journey are usually nothing more than nasty hypocrites. Big Love all !

  • Therewas recently an article in Runner's World in which he shared his journey of finding christ through his running. This article touched me and i'm sure many others.Preaching isn't standing behind a pedestal on Sunday mornings-it's changing the lives of others and sharing the story and love of God with them. Before you start criticizing others, you should look in the mirror because Ryan Hall is living for God.

  • Christians are nothing like Christ.

  • Does the fact that he has faith and you don't bug you in some way? Did Ryan Hall go to your home and harass you with Christianity? No, you are entitled to your disbelief and he is entitled to his belief. Atheists are for some reason a dark cloud that enjoys raining on people's parades. Sad really.
