There is a lot of Rogue Security Software on the net. My top Apps to get rid of them are

-Malwarebytes Antimalware
-Super Antispyware
-Avira + personal free
-Comodo AV ( Comodo Internet Security)

yeah, this type of thing has been around for years. you type in 'best anti virus' and you're bombarded with rouge anti virus malware stuff. If I don't know the brand I don't even try it. It sucks to rely on brand name first
