So im new to this CNC thing so umm this is the software you need where you come up with desighns and measurements for a CNC machine to cut out?

Parametric-freeform hybrid actually (allowing parametric and freehand changes). Cost is about half of a seat of AutoCAD - has great assembly capability with motion simulation, FEA etc

Seems like just another parametric technology based CAD software! What makes it diff from Pro/E or CATIA? Is it cheap? What about the assembly module?

You can model anything, but T-FLEX commands are more helpful in serious mechanical part design. There is special game design software which might be more suited to you.
