Someone is holding that camera dawg... see it moving? surveillance camera are fixed.

surveilance cams can still moved due to the fact that they are fixed like you say but on a little pole that when ever there is any structural movement the cam moves. but the amount of movement depends on the amount of structural movement

yeah, like who can hold a camera that tall? lol,, xD it is a surveillance cam... see that angle? surveillance cams are often placed at corners at the ceiling... hahahaha,, you're like trying to tell us that James Yap was holding that camera, coz he's tall! lol,, xD
