My theory why Obama continues to pay big bucks to keep his certificate in the Hawaii vault hidden from public view is that the certificate says Barry Soetoro NOT Barack Obama. In the Soetoro's divorce papers, it says they had 2 children. One over 18 in college & needing financial help and one child under 18. Mrs. Soetoro did not ask for any financial support.
