I remember seeing this on the BBC when it was first broadcast, and have been trying to get it on DVD for years. Does anybody know if it is available anywhere? Harry was a vastly under-rated genius, and this album is a gem. Gordon Jenkins' arrangements are just perfect. Keith Hancock
Met Harry at a Beatles Fest about 25 years ago. He came over to meet us with our three year old. Great guy. As with John Lennon will always miss the music.
What a special find for me. Thank you for posting this wonderful video that I never even know exhisted. Such timeless, beautiful songs performed to flawless perfection. xxx
Al parecer se salta una melodía que también está en el acetato original, que es: "Five little pennies", theme of a picture of the story of his author Red Nichols, but it's only a commentary. It's delicious to hear over and over all the arrengements of that genius: Gordon Jenkins.
