If the Patriot Act is unconstitutional, then why hasnt a high court (i.e., US Supreme Court) declared it so by now? Yes, the Legislative branch can create a law like the Patriot Act, but the Judicial branch can declare acts of the Legislative branch
to be unconstitutional. Why hasnt this happened by now?!?!?!?!?
