Honestly, that doesn't apply to all Onion videos. If the person is old enough to have grasped sarcasm, irony, etc and takes this seriously.. I'd lean towards retarded.

May I point out that The Onion News Network is fake...no one actually died. I'm glad however that you caught on to the votes Vs. human lives idea even if you were too dim to see that is was a satire. You must have very little confidence it the human race if you took this to be real.
