Punk is all about being true to yourself and doing what is good for you regardless what is "mainstream" or is "trendy". Any punk band that makes it big and stays true to their original vision of how they want o do with their music is still punk. They will no longer be punk when they start changing to cater to the masses so they can be like everyone else.
